Thick, one component and high performing,
100% acrylic elastomeric roof and wall sealer. It will provide
a 100% waterproof and weather proof seal adhering tightly
to any surface without the aid of a primer. Lanco Ultra Siliconizer™ dries
extremely fast through a process of transition, taking half
the time it usually takes a regular sealer to dry. It attracts
heat because of its color blue, but after 4 hours it turns
ultra white. It will not crack, crumble, or peel despite
exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Excellent
for waterproofing concrete, metal, polyurethane and wood
roofs.

Thick, one component and high performance, urethane ceramic rubberized
elastomeric roof and wall sealer. It will provide a seameless 100% water
proof and weather proof seal adhering tightly to any surface. The ceramic
composition will significantly lower the interior temperature by reflecting
73% of all sunrays and by eliminating 85% of the heat received (ASTM E-408
C-1371. It will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe
weather or total joint movement. Excellent for water-proofing built-up
roofs, polyurethane, concrete, metal, wood, bonded tar and asphalt shingles.

Ultra white finish dries to a heat-reflective film; to be used in conjunction with LANCO 1,100% Elongation gray primer.
