A good quality latex sealant suitable for all interior and exterior applications where minimum joint movement is expected; adheres to most building materials, to form a seal that offers good resistance to air and moisture penetration. Easy to apply, tool, and to clean-up with water. Paintable in one hour with latex paint; in 24 hours if using oil- based paint. Resistance to mildew and mold; almost no odor. Non-staining, non yellowing and non-sagging; for interior and exterior use.
