A transparent 100% acrylic concrete adhesive and fortifier for interior or exterior use. It improves bonding properties when application is to be made over dense concrete or masonry. When used as an admixture to portland cement mixes improves adhesion and reduce cracking in toppings, patching or re-surfacing concrete walls, floors or ramps.
