Lanco® Stain Killer™ is a 100% acrylic base with high-performance additives, specially designed to condition and ensure uniform and durable applications of premium-quality paints for both interior and exterior use. It is intended to be used as a primer on new or previously painted surfaces, to resist highly alkaline structures and severe weather conditions. It can also help seal various stains such as crayon, graffiti, grease, hand marks, water stains, asphalt, and rust to prevent them from bleeding through the topcoat.
