Ultra Sealer Roof Coating is an ultra-white, heat-reflective, styrene acrylic silicone-based roof sealer, designed to seal and provide years of protection for various roof substrates. It is an elastomeric coating that will expand and contract along with the substrate to which it is applied. Ultra Sealer™ will retain its mechanical properties even after years of outdoor exposure to sun and rain.

USES: For waterproofing and protecting a wide assortment of roofing substrates that are structurally sound, such as conventional bituminous built-up roofs, polyurethane foam, concrete, metal, aged galvanized metal, bonded tar and gravel, and asphalt shingles. Reflects the sun’s rays and reduces interior temperature.
