Lanco® Acryl-Satin™ is a superior quality interior/exterior satin acrylic resin latex based enamel, for new or previously painted masonry, wood, metal or brick surfaces. A smudge-proof and totally resistant to mold; it will not peel or flake, even when exposed to the weather. Superb color retention; does not yellow over the years. Non flammable. It is easily cleaned with water.
