    • Provide information on events, loyalty programs, products and training related to assets acquired and linked to the legal relationship;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Give commercial references to third parties related to the contractual relationship;<\/span><\/li>\n

    • For the defense of Lanco’s rights, including judicial, criminal or administrative proceedings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Therefore, in order to achieve the above purposes, personal identification, contact, labor, financial and patrimonial data will be processed, such as: date of birth; first name; personal telephone, office and fax; country; address; proof of address; company represented; official identification data; signature; sex; civil status; occupation, job and \/ or studies; credit terms requested; requested amounts; credit granted; debts; income and bank account number.<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Inform you about promotions, discounts, services, publications, products and news of the Lanco network;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Conduct internal studies for the development, marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting of new products and services in order to offer each of our client-distributors the solutions specific to their needs. Therefore, and in order to achieve the previously exposed purpose, it will only be dealt with the personal identification and contact information indicated in the above mentioned “a”, such as name, personal and office telephone, country, address, date of birth, sex, marital status, occupation or job and studies. It is declared that in order to fulfill the purposes indicated in subsection b, the personal financial and patrimonial data of the clients \/ distributors will not be used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Your personal data will be processed in order to give you technical support and take control in internal systems and obtain information regarding your browsing habits. Therefore, in order to achieve the above purposes, the following personal data will be processed: name, IP address, following links and websites you visit<\/span><\/p>\n

Lanco may only transfer your personal data inside and outside the country to the network of affiliated companies that make up the “Lanco Group” and will be treated for compliance and maintenance of the legal relationship between you and Lanco, as well as for purposes related to the services, publications, products and news that make up the Lanco network.
