Oil-Gray Oxide™ 15min. is an alkyd resin and modified polyurethane red metal primer, of 15 minutes drying. This high-build corrosion resistant primer contains rust-inhibitive pigments to perform a better protection against rust and adheres tightly to clean metal and existing top coats.
