Lanco® Siliconizer™ 1000 is a solvent-free, single component, high solids 100% silicone roof coating. It prevents and stops leaks, providing a permanent waterproofing coating that extends the life of concrete roofs and other substrates. Provides a monolithic, powerful ponding water resistant elastic membrane that strongly adheres to the substrate, does not crack or peel, and withstands total movement of concrete joints and hairline cracks. Its bright white finish lowers inside temperature of the structure, by reflecting sunrays and eliminating heat received, thus lowering electric energy consumption.
