Additionally, it features anti-fading properties that extend the appearance of a freshly painted surface. The final coat of Maxima™ Armor is so strong that it can resist mold, fungus, and algae growth. It provides a super-flexible finish that won’t crack or peel, even in severe weather conditions, but is tough enough to adhere to the most difficult surfaces.

**USAGE:**
Maxima™ Armor is ideal for use on exterior walls of industrial, commercial, and residential structures. It is suitable for areas with high traffic where a durable, easy-to-clean, and high-quality paint is needed. It can be applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer on new or previously painted surfaces such as concrete, cement blocks, stucco or coatings, and properly prepared wood or metal.
