Bonding Agent CB-8000 is a high solids, yellow texture binding for enhanced adhesion to smooth concrete, for interior or exterior use to bond new to old concrete, without the laborious scarification process which is usually necessary. Stronger than most concrete, this powerful bonding agent will retain plasticity and never become brittle. It withstands humidity and temperatures from –40 F to 300 F (-4 C to 149 C); can be applied over damp or dry surfaces and is not affected by alkalinity of lime plaster or Portland cement.
